Our virtual receptionist takes care of this for you. Simply switch your phone system to VR mode and your incoming calls will be diverted elsewhere. Your customers can either leave a message (which comes through as an email), or diverted to another number – if you have someone waiting on standby. Having your calls diverted saves you the hassle of constantly answering your phone when you need to get something done. This product is also helpful if you leave the office unmanned and are expecting calls to still be received. When you leave the office at night, you can switch your system to VR mode, and any messages will still come through as normal. Our virtual accountant product has been designed with the most up-to-date technology and artificial intelligence specifications. The accountant allows you to direct emails into a specific inbox, before deciphering what type of financial document it is. For example, if a BACS remittance advice comes into the inbox, the virtual accountant recognises it as a sales receipt, and files it away into a separate folder containing all of the receipts.
The virtual accountant receives rave reviews from our customers who are forever moving emails into the necessary location – spending time sorting rather than doing the accounts work that they are paid to do. Many customers state how they love arriving in the morning, clicking on one folder to view a list of receipts and an up-to-date bank statement when it arrives.
